As as I stood in the kitchen tonight finishing up dinner I found myself staring at the timer on my oven. I heard the beep go off signaling 1 minute left, grabbed my oven mitts and just waited and waited and waited. The timer finally got to zero and then and ONLY then did I open the oven to check on my amazing mini meatloaves (thanks Jill!). I started wondering if I was the only goof that just stands and waits and waits and waits. God forbid I open the oven a second or two early because I am sure the oven Gods would grab me! I am not a type A personality in the least, I guess I am just a funny duck who always waits till zero. Just a random thought on this Wednesday night :)
