She's UP!

Our little stinker figured out how to pull up last week and she is on the move now! Nothing is safe from her grasp now! HELP!

Memorial Monday

Rarely do we have a day off with both Ben and I home and both kids with us and NO PLANS! So we took advantage and took the kids to a great park in South Napa called "Playground Fantastico". It was a great way to end our 4 day weekend with the kids!

Audrey's 1st taste of SAND!

Swimming 101

Starting at 6 months old Reid's swimming instructor will take kids! So we started Audrey earlier this month with the hopes that she will get used to the water and possibly learn some basic skills by the end of the summer. She loves her Thursday night swims with Daddy!

Viva Las Vegas

I have been meaning to get these pictures up on this post for a couple weeks now. Ben had his annual HD show in Las Vegas and I joined him for a couple days this year. We stayed at the Venetian, which was where his show was held as well. On Friday night we had an amazing dinner with his sales reps at BOA steakhouse on top of Caesar's Palace. We had our own private elevator and balcony right on the strip. We were treated like royalty and the food was phenomenal! I loved spending time at the show and poking around all the booths. Everything you could ever imagine in a hotel was there! Amazing. The trip ended with an extra $340 in my pocket from a late night at the blackjack table! Thanks to Miss Chrissy Gunderson re-teaching me the ropes!

Wild Turkey shots, it's a tradition with the reps!

Look at your daughter!

This morning I was finishing my last minute run around the house and get everything ready and pack every ones bag normal morning when Ben yelled "Hey Lisa, go look at your daughter". Last I had seen her she was in our bedroom watching her Daddy get ready for work.
When I got there she was still in the bedroom but she had found the laundry basket and had proceeded to pull each and every item out and throw them all around the bedroom. Too cute. Who would have thought that your children making a mess of themselves and your space would make you smile :)
Isn't child raising great!

Disneyland Updates

Reid left on Tuesday for his first trip to Disneyland with his Dad. I am sad that I am not the one taking him for his 1st trip however I am so excited that he is getting this experience and time with his father. Ben and I have been getting a ton of updates so here are some Disneyland updates...
1. Reid saw planes landing at the Napa airport on the way out of town and told Ryan that he wanted to ride on an airplane too! Little did he know he was on his way.
2. Almost to the airport Reid became quite concerned that he needed a helmet to wear on the airplane. He wanted Ryan to go home and get his for the plane. The kid HATES to wear it when he rides his bike but thought it was a necessity on the plane. He is too much.
3. He LOVED the plane ride. When the seat belt sign rang so that people could move around the airplane he leaned over to Ryan to tell him to "get the door, get the doorbell"! He thought the seat belt ding was the front door. Oh Reid!
4. At the hotel he was super excited because they gave him a Peter Pan sticker! WOO HOO for stickers.
5. Reid went on Space Mountain and Thunder Railroad. He LOVES roller coasters. Typical boy.
More updates on Bubba's great adventure soon!

Team Manley 5K

In February my sister in law, Jill started a running program called "Mom's in Motion". I promised to train with her from Napa but a few short days into my training the whole tooth/hospital incident happened and I never got my butt back in gear. She continued the rigorous training and ran her 1st 5k this past Saturday in Sacramento. We surprised her by having shirts made to support her. I can't tell you how proud I am of her. Her commitment to the running program and her health is amazing. She is truly inspiring. Her next goal is a 10k, my hope is to run a 5k at that same time. Enjoy her accomplishment!

My sister in law Dawn is in labor as we speak! I can hardly wait for Ben to walk through the door so I can take off for the hospital. I can't wait to meet the newest addition to the Manley GIRLS. Yes, 5 girls. We are about to have our own basketball team!
