I have been in love with a photographer from the Bay Area for a couple years. I followed her work and spent hours reading her BLOG! http://www.skogasinvogue.com/ (in case you want to check her out!)
When I was 8 months pregnant with Audrey I was reading Jen's BLOG one night and thought it was funny that she had just recently photographed some CAL HIGH Grizzly weddings! Funny...that is where Ben went to high school. I called him into the office and he about died when he saw the name on the website. He not only knew the photographer but considered her a great friend! He did some sweet talking and we were BLESSED to have her photograph some family pictures before our wedding and our wedding itself! Blogging Challenge

It has been close to two months since I last posted. I am challenging myself to post AT LEAST every other day this week! Wish me luck as I get back into the blogging world....

Chunk O Monk!

What is not to love about this face! She is 10 1/2 months old and full of it! She crawls faster than I run. She LOVES her big brother and follows him everywhere around the house. She loves to eat. She is full of energy, she rarely fusses, she is asleep by 7:30pm every night. She is a joy and we are BLESSED!

I'm Back!

I am back trying to BLOG! Life has been so crazy lately! Between finishing my last month of work, taking a week long vacation, swim lessons, soccer lessons, track practice, swim lessons, planning a wedding (which does occur in 12 days!), trying to keep up with the house, doctors appointments and MORE SWIM LESSONS....I am tired. My one month off of vacation is halfway over and I swear that I need a vacation from my vacation! I am counting the days till Mexico (14 to be exact) and looking forward to sleeping in (for the 1st time in 5 years) and taking afternoon naps. I can hardly wait. Poor Ben thinks that we are going on a honeymoon! I am going to SLEEP!

Swimming Update

Reid is loving all the time in the pool and shared a swim lesson with his little sister this week. Audrey has stopped crying every time the teacher gets near her and she is loving the water and especially having Daddy to hang on to! Last week she started being "propelled" under the water for 3 seconds at a time. She comes up smiling every time! We have two true water babies on our hands. BASS LAKE here we come.....

C5 Party

Big week for Reid. He finished his first year of preschool at First Christian School. He has had such amazing year and I am so proud of his accomplishments. He started the year still only saying single words and in February he spoke his first full sentence to me. Since then he has started to read and has the most amazing memory. I am so proud and I can't wait to see what the next year brings at First Christian. Proud Mommy!
