Yes! I know the pictures are in the wrong order but remember I am just getting back into this whole blogging thing and I am too impatient to cut them all out and re download them in a different order. So her you go....backwards!

We try and make it down to Ben's parents or have them up to our house at least once a month so that we can spend time with them without the crowds of all the family. We headed down to the Bay Area for a wonderful meal of chicken divan and of course some ice cream!

Where to start

It has been since October or November since my last post. I have sat down a million and ten times to post but each time have talked myself out of posting because I just didn't know where to start! So I am just going to back track.....all the way back to November? Enjoy!

Blackjack

About 2 years ago one of my best friends husbands invited my husband to a Blackjack Tournament at the SANDS Hotel & Casino in Reno, NV. It is a 2 night, meals & drinks paid for and entry into the tournament for a small amount of cash. According to Ben the hotel is a dump but he jumps at the chance every three months to head up to Reno for a "boys" weekend! This time everyone in his party made it to the final round of the tournament and 3/4 people (sorry Carmy!) won money! WOOHOO! The picture below is Jamie Perkins, Brandon Manley (Ben's middle brother), Carmy Mausten and Ben pointing to their names on the scoreboard for the finals! Congrats boys!

Enough said. She is growing way to quick. I want her to freeze! Just like she is now........HELP!

The Pirate Skeleton & The Bee

What a great Halloween we had this year. Reid was a Skeleton Pirate and Audrey was a bee. We started the night trick or treating down our street and were excited to see Mom & Mark on the way. The brought the cutest pumpkin flashlights for the kids to use for the evening. We ended the night back at our house with a visit from Mimi and big hearty bowl of Taco Soup. YUMMY! Quick side note about Audrey's bee costume....Ben's parents bought it 5 years ago at a garage sale for $3.00! Her older cousins Mikayla, Kendal & Brooke have all worn it. My guess is that you will see Talyn in it next year!
